Throughout the week runs will continue through the Lake District and will culminate in the ISDT Run on Friday, August 16 at Hayes Garden World, Ambleside.

All routes consist of A and B class roads, through spectacular countryside and you’d better be able to tackle hills as there will be one or two along the way.
