Every year the event (this year on June 16) is oversubscribed and once again the 600 places were filled well before the closing date.
Martyn Raybould, VMCC relationship manager from Footman James, is taking part again, this time on a 1925 Triumph after enjoying his first run last year and will be joining a host of stunning vintage and veteran machines.

A Footman James spokesman said: “Sponsoring events such as the Banbury Run is very important to us.
“Clubs are the lifeblood of the classic industry and by supporting them we are all helping to secure the future of these much-loved, historic bikes.” Footman James has developed an insurance scheme specifically for VMCC members, which in addition to the £5000 agreed value option available to members undertaking a self valuation, now also includes riding other bikes and extended helmet and leather cover.

Spectators can see the run on Sunday, June 16, at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire.
Set among 65 acres of parkland just 12 miles north of Banbury, there will be club stands, autojumble and the chance to see hundreds of vintage motorcycles.
Tickets cost £8, which includes parking and entry to the Heritage Motor Centre Museum, or £5 when booked in advance.
