Motoball returns to Hamstreet\'s Romney Marsh Classic Bikejumble

For the first time there will also be an auction of motorcycles and spares, with expected lots including a 1994 Moto Guzzi California, British bike autojumble items, a quantity of motorcycle wheels, enamel signs and petrol cans. Lots can be entered from 10am until noon, and the auction will begin at 1pm.

There is no fee to enter lots, but a 10% fee applies to vendors and buyers.

A large marquee will house stalls and indoor seating, and plenty of refreshments will be available. Admission costs £4 adults and £3 seniors, with under 16s free.

• Silver anniversary for Pet Food Cavalcade
Animal charities in and around Staffordshire will benefit from the 25th running of the Great Potteries Motorcycle Pet Food Cavalcade on Sunday, September 21.

All are welcome to take part, with riders meeting at Port Vale Football Club, Hamil Road, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs ST6 1AW, at 11.30 for a 12 noon start.

After the cavalcade there will be a rock concert and party including an impressive auction of motorcycle accessories and a raffle. Pet food donations from visitors would be much appreciated, and the entry fee for the cavalcade and party will be £3 per person.

So far the cavalcade has helped more than 30 animal charities and sanctuaries within a 100-mile radius of Stoke-on-Trent.
