The Ride Home, which begins on August 18, is a 10 day ride across the United States from Los Angeles, California to Milwaukee, Wisconsin birthplace and home of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. The tour arrives in Milwaukee just in time for the 110th anniversary of Harley-Davidson celebrations. On the way it will visit the Mojave Desert, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, The Rocky Mountains, Sturgis South Dakota, the great plains and the mighty Mississippi River.
Great River & Great Lakes is a ride through the hills and valleys along the Mississippi, along the shores and cliffs of the great lakes of Superior, Michigan and Huron, to Sleeping Bear Dunes (one of America’s best kept secrets), and a ferry journey across Lake Michigan to Milwaukee. Enjoy the great riding, hospitality and scenery of this less visited but beautiful and surprising part of the USA.
