Legend Troy Bayliss star guest at Stafford

Three-times World Superbike champion Troy Bayliss will visit the Carole Nash International Classic MotorCycle Show at the Staffordshire County Showground as its star guest over the weekend of April 22/23, when he’ll be interviewed live on stage by Steve Plater as well as meeting showgoers and taking part in autograph-signing sessions in the Classic Racer GP Paddock.

If you’re looking for a project to start on, you might well spend all day out of doors perusing the countless autojumble stands.

Exhibition manager Nick Mowbray said: “Troy is a legend of the sport who holds several impressive records, and he competed at the very top level as recently as 2015.

“We can’t wait to hear what he has to say about his incredible career as he shares some of his favourite memories and best stories from the past 20 years.”

He continued the momentum into the 2001 season with a consistent display that saw him capture his first world crown in the penultimate round at Assen.
