Rather than have these Colin Clark pictures just stored away, I am sending another set for inclusion in OBM, in the hope that someone will spot a relative or even a bike that is still around.
Colin has captioned the first one “an exciting duel at Cadwell 1948” with a pair of singles fighting it out. The second is a plunger-framed Ariel (no. 40) and the third another picture of Jacky Beeton and passenger.
If OBM readers would like to see the remainder, they include HRD, Norton, Scott, DKW, Vincent and Velocette, and a sidecar racer captioned “PW Harris at Cadwell” which I believe may be “Pip” Harris.
