CCM’s stunning cafe racer at Llangollen Motorcycle Festival

CCM will be showing off its stunning new café racer for the first time since its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed with an appearance at the Llangollen Motorcycle Festival over the weekend of August 5/6.

Only 250 CCM Cafe Racers are being built, and judging from their looks, they’ll be gone in no time.

Using the same DNA as the first two Spitfire and Scrambler variants, the café racer boasts a 600cc single-cylinder engine delivering 55bhp through a six-speed gearbox, a beautifully hand-crafted tubular steel frame and large Brembo brakes.

Weighing just 130kg, it also has fully-adjustable suspension.

Just 250 individually-numbered Café Racers will be produced, but considering that all 150 limited CCM Spitfires were sold within seven days of that model’s launch in February, CCM is recruiting more staff to crank up production of other versions.

TT legend John McGuinness will be at LlanBikeFest to meet fans and sign his new book, Built for Speed.
