Super modeller

To follow on from the letter in the September OBM, you may be interested to contact a gentleman who exhibits at the VMCC International West Kent Run and makes the most extraordinary models all machined from billet.

He makes half scale working models of G45, Manx Norton and 7R AJS which are a delight to hear.

In my opinion his masterpiece is a nine cylinder rotary engine which he made from incomplete drawings from America and runs so beautifully on either the full nine cylinders or ticking over on three.

He is, to use an overworked word, a genius and I truly believe you could write a very interesting article on him that would appeal to most of your readers.

Jim, I can’t believe you’re that bad with spanners, and thank you for the information on the West Kent Run models. TB
